After years of trying many different health plans to assist my personal training clients achieve their weight loss goals, I was excited to discover the Habits of Health, a science based, results-driven program that helps us achieve a goal healthfully while teaching us to maintain our optimal weight on our journey to ultra-health.   This program can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle, whether you are a busy mom always on the go, a business executive who travels all week, or just stuck in a pattern of unhealthy habits. 

As we get older, our bodies are not functioning the way they used to.  The methods that we have used in the past to maintain our health seem to stop working in the same way. We may find ourselves working super hard at the gym and eating right, only to be disappointed by our results. What happens as we age is that our metabolism changes and reaches a point that it almost seems to need a jumpstart.  I can help you to reset your metabolism and balance your blood sugar.   

In doing so, you will begin to lose weight, cravings disappear, energy peaks, pain from inflammation can be reduced or even eliminated, you start sleeping better, and you gain a clarity that has to be experienced to understand!!  Imagine your clothes will begin fitting you once again, your love handles and muffin tops will go away, and you will find yourself in a much happier place!  Many people on our program have been able to get off or significantly reduce medications for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol!
