Let's face it, there is power in group exercise. Leading the masses to achieve your best,  or maybe even better than the person next to you. Knowing you are not in this alone can be motivating & comforting  Our experience has taught us to teach to the range of students participating. To push the veteran and nurture the new-comer so that everyone finds their own appropriate workout.
